Resource Hacker is a freeware utility for viewing, modifying, renaming, adding, deleting, and extracting resources in 32-bit Windows executables and resource files (RES). It incorporates an internal resource script compiler and decompiler.

In RPG Maker XP/VX, this tool is most useful for changing the icon of Game.exe

Play what?

After changing the icon the project should still be playable. There may be issues if you rename the Game.exe to something else, just remember to also change the Game.ini file if you do that. Example: Project.exe and Project.ini.
