Anyone else have this weird enjoyment of waiting until you're the highest level possible and then go back to wearing the lowest/mid tier armor and weapons? I always found strange ways to artificially make games more fun for me.

So guys...my sisters are trying to scare me by saying the game will be terrible and will need to be returned. I'm pretty confident that I will enjoy this game very much, but I was wondering, your reviews? Is the game worth a X-mas gift along side a PS3 320 GB Uncharted 3 Bundle?

I heard you can get quite lost in the world -- I hope that's true! I love games like that! xD

Anyone still playing? I finally sat down to learn the controls. At first I didn't like it, but around Riverrun (?) I started to like it, now I'm hooked. I am a wood elf as well. Kinda creepy face, but oh well. I just defeated my first dragon -- really sad! -- and couldn't find Jarl, so I wondered around, fought some thieves, one green skinned one was too strong so I saved and turned it off.
I have a feeling some people here probably slayed more than 5 dragons.

My guy is named Ragnar, after Ragnar Lodbrok (He's a (if not the most) legendary Viking in real life) :3
It's quite a transition from Oblivion 'cause It feels like so much has changed, even the controls feel a bit different, but once you start playing more you get used to it.
You're actually doing the right thing if you're just running around getting lost - the game is all about exploration. If you get lost, just go with it. The quest markers will always be there in case you need them. Otherwise my advice would be to just pick a direction and go forward. You'll always find something.

Always find something? That is very true from what I've played. xD Caves, monsters, dragons, trolls, wolves, spiders, thieves, elementals (?) and bears. Love this game to death!
@mxmmix:
Wood Elf then? We need to unite!
@RageMage:
Creation Kit? Guessin' that's a way to mod? Will it be avalible for PS3?
