I would say im on the lower end of the RM'ers here, and to see my project in the top ten most viewed projects makes me feel like this place is dying.

i've known, that this place was dying, for awhile, but this only makes me more sure

It really has nothing to do with quality of projects. It's just depends on what people feel like clicking on, and there are a lot of Final Fantasy fans, especially in the RPG scene. xD

And don't throw yourself in the garbage; you're game has just as much potential as anyone else's. I have yet to try it, but I'm sure I will enjoy it. :3

I haven't updated my project thread in 2 months here. Doesn't make it a bad game all of a sudden :)

I don't think it means the projects aren't good... I just think we need to increase traffic to the forum.

Thanks for the morale boost. You're starting to sound like Joey. And that's a bad thing.

Kiriashi is right about why those projects have the views. Therefore this is no evidence that its dying. But feel free to abandon ship before it sinks if you're so certain that it will.

(no offense if I sound rude, and I also retract my statement when i said you're free to leave)

Dude i just said that via retraction of offer. And that's my nickname for ben :<

I sorta kinda didn't mean what i said, but felt it necessary to get my dislike of 'rmxpu is dying lol' type posts. Joey drove me nuts with them.

the whole thing was really just to show something i saw.

and if i leave, the site will be MORE dead. why would i do that? :biggrin_002:

The amount of views do not mean that a game is good or bad. People will view fan games before other games out of curiosity. People also view content if you are known in the RPG Maker Community.
