If you go to the homepage you will notice a new theme. Please vote on the new theme whether you would like to make the switch.

Its a premade theme that doesn't take too long to set up. That, and the fact that I can upgrade this extremely flawed forum software if we do end up changing themes, is the motivation behind this switch. It's nothing major or anything to do with the new rmxpu I've mentioned in the past.

So please vote.

I was going to go ahead and do this, but once I upgrade the forum then this current forum theme will be unusable so upgrading is the point if no return, thus this poll, just to be on the safe side.

maybe, but not to that. id prefer something like a color change, i like the current theme, and it would be weird to change. esp with the city background. there are some sites, like HBgames, that let you change the color theme, i think you should do that.

edit: blue is my favorite color, so i like the current theme.

I think the new theme looks awesome. Is there a way to change the green to blue? It would look nicer with it blue.

There's no tooltip for the Homepage button. 'Should say "You're here =D" or something.

I like it, all but the background. And yeah, Polraudio has a point, blue has been our color.

Haha ok, now is probably a good time to mention that it is customizable and that the city background is obviously stupid for a gaming site. I can change the green to blue with a click of a button, and similarly replace the city background pretty quick.

Try not to take it as is, but rather its potential. So it may not fit in with the site, but as long as it looks good then we can customize to suite.

Am I the only one who thinks the new background is awesome? Q_Q

I like it, only thing is the new navigation is too unforgiving. I would suggest reusing the same dropdown structure; with the secondary nav bar you have to be quite precise to get what you want. Otherwise, I like it

Although, it doesn't make much of a difference to me...and it *MAY* be a better idea to wait until you have a matching theme for the forums as well...unless you already do

The poll was made in case you guys didnt like it, so I would not waste my time creating a matching forum version. Also if I had done that, I would have upgraded the forums to the newest version, which has its own benefits obviously. I cannot upgrade now as i would be required to make a new forum skin, whether it be the current one or another, to suit the new forum version.

Despite there being 1 vote in favor, that's hardly a majority and therefore I'm not going ahead with this little idea for the time being.

I was having an off study day when I posted this. I was going to make the theme that day, but now I don't have time till after exams. I'll probably have so much time I'll get too bored not to screw round with the site lol

Everything but the backround, the city image just looks weird. If you can make it custumizable to what ever the user wants the sure like a wikia page, but for now it just isn't my style.

Quite enjoy the new theme, that shade of green is currently a popular colour if anyones noticed mainly becuase it looks too dam sweet with most things, so it's a thumbs up

Wow! That's all I can say. When I typed in the address, I thought I was on the wrong website. It looks so professional and organized.

I have to say iv been skeptic to this whole "new forum thing" since i love it the way it is , but when i saw this it made me change my mind completly

Awesome It's coming up a year since I started that particular design. Its a sad story. Something got in my way which made me incorrectly abandon the project. This summer though I could have enough time to finish it.
