[Mr.Fiasco]

I watched the series and Im lost at the end of the show when things get crazy. Is it like Adam and Eve but with a giant Alien Robot?

To me the ending sucked to me. it was cool and all but I thought it would be more epic. Yea I gotta ask the expert with Eureka Butt as his pic

Yeah it confuses me too...and the ending is like a "WTF?" moment for me. But watch the movie, and you'll be even more confused. lol

The movie takes place in another Universe and thus has a separate history from that of the series. Most fans are not aware of this and those who are don't like it. Some also don't like the fact that they recycled animation from the original series and used it in the movie as well. Many fans wished they would have just continued the series, but during their decision making they went with a movie instead of a new series. (My source for this comes from an Interview with the writer/director I read online).


@Mr.Fiasco--- It's been years since I seen the ending, but I am re-watching it and have like 7 episodes left. When I finish it I'll add my option/thought.

@Joey--- Also well reading one of your status updates I think most people are not aware of this, but Eureka is 15-16 years old. Holland and Talho are discussing this in one episode and Holland says that she is 1 or 2 years older then Renton (who is 14 years old). I don't remember the Episode, but it is somewhere between episodes 1-16 (or Complete Collection Volume 1 if you own the DVD collection).

You could say that, I guess. Not 100% like it because I think the differences are big enough to change it. The race that Eureka is (I can't recall how to spell it ) is a special race that, I guess, keeps order from the creatures that spawn?

I haven't watched in a long time (no good sites to watch it on! lol), but that's what I remember.

Bah, I don't know. I liked the ending. It only sucked because I didn't know what 'happens' to Eureka and Renton.

I haven't watched in forever. It didn't confuse me from what I remember. And yep, 16 I do believe.

She is 15 or 16 because her exact age is never mentioned in the show with the exception of Holland and Talho who in one episode are discussing her age and Holland says that she is 1 or 2 years older then Renton (who is 14 years old). Because he doesn't give a direct answer she is 15 or 16.

Well that is not mentioned, but given the main character that surrounds her, Dominic who is age 20 I would guess her age would be 18-19, but again this is only a guess. After all Dominic doesn't even look 20 years old, he looks much younger.

I thought the ending made a lot of sense, found it pretty straight forward if you kept rack of what had been going on in the series.

Renton & Eureka 'merge' or 'becoome one/part' of the Coralians, and the robot Nivage was a Corlaian same as Eureka

You guys make my head spin. I thought the ending was like, to flashy and lovy dubby and stuff -.- actually a lot of this show had
lovy dubby moments that weirded me out xD...

This show did have alot of that but it also had a deeper meaningful meaning that I didnt understand at all

Its cause japanese people love romance stuff and smush it into there shows. Even naruto,bleach,inuyasha have the same momments and there all weird. Currently rewatching eureka 7 and also this is my 200 post. Sweet. I should have like 290e302939127423849 for the ammount of time i've been here. xD

so, looks like we won't be seeing any of Eureka or Renton..., which might just ruin the new series, hopefully it turns out good!
