A group of friends and I are big Age of Empires 3 players. We want to start slicing and dicing people online but I want something to give us an extra edge of the competition.
I want to design a statistics calculator program. There is card deck system in the game which can give you like 20% Food gathering rate, or wood, etc. I want to be able to click a button is the program and have it add to other formulas so I can help calculate end game stats for each of us, to determine how we should build our decks.
Any basic program that could help me with that? I'm sure adobe has a build it for you program that can do that, kinda of like what Dreamweaver does for HTML and CSS.
Is there one?
Any personal suggestions?
Any cheaper or free alternatives?
Programming?

Uhh, the easiest thing I can think of for this is to just do Visual Basic.
http://www.microsoft...l-basic-express
its great for a wysiwyg interface, then the actual programming for VB is fairly easy to learn. I, personally, dont remember much of it, but from what I do remember, it was really easy to get the hang of.
