DBZ was my favorite cartoon when I was growing up. I rarely missed an episode. I found the show most exciting during the Namek, Ginyu, and Frieza sagas. Cooler, King Cold, Frieza, The Ginyu Force, and Cooler's Squadman are my favorite characters.

Yeah i used to love that show. i have budokai Tenkaichi 2 for PS2. have you seen the abridged series?

In Dragon Ball Kai the Ginyu Force have a theme. It's catchy to me.

Used to DBZ, but have kind of grown away from it. I still geek out watching Gohan go SSJ2 though, so I'm still a partial fanboy. What was supposed to be a series about Gohan growing up and taking his father's place as Earth's protector sort of evolved into the status quo series; Bad guy shows up, bad guy beats everyone up, everyone trains or has mystical powers added, everyone still gets their butt kicked except Goku, who ends up beating the bad guy with some new power, or dramatically overpowered same power.

I still have my old E-RPG of DBZ out there on Maxpages if anyone wants to take a look.

EDIT: It is a sad day, my very first webpage has gone down. It was an awesome page, with music, graphics, and a well thought out system. Oh well, time moves on ehh? I mean, it was only about.. 14 years ago I made the page.

I love Dragon Ball Z (though I love Dragon Ball more lol).

I stopped watching because the channel it airs on for me has been taken away from us. I watched up to Goku "killing" Frieza, when everyone heads to Earth. I kinda like watching the old, battered, older looking DBZ than Kai, the same for Dragon Ball. But DBZ is DBZ! :33

Goku didn't kill Freiza. Trucks kills Frieza. Gohan later kills Frieza in GT.

No one dies in DBZ.. How many times do you have to kill goku till he's dead? It would be awesome to be a cat in DBZ. You get like... 27 lives.

Well, if you die twice for the Old Dragon Balls, you couldn't be brought back. And if you're dead and die again (losing your halo/evil thing), you die die and can never be wished back.

If I remember correctly.

If you're dead and die in the afterlife then you no longer exist. I believe this was said in the Kid Buu Saga when Buu attacked the dead warriors.

This is the intro to DBZ Kai. I actually like it better than the original DBZ theme.

The music just does not go with the video... I prefer the original dbz intro (even though thats an outro)

The music doesn't go along with the video. They could had done a lot better. They kept the original Kai song and translated it into English.
