Like my name at school was always spelled "Jessie" with at "i".
Wrong,but I corrected them.
Instead of saying "no my name isn't Micheal",you should've said,"Close,It's Michael,but I'll accept 'Micheal' as an answer,since my parents/guardians didn't know how to spell Micheal when they named me."

Then,I'd have said,
