Version 0.6.10 Beta

Updates

1. Event Palette has been added.
2. Editor uses less memory.
3. Zone event was added to the Maze Template event Palette.

Fixed Bugs

1. When adding item from the palette it no longer selects items already on the board.
2. Event moving and resizing now works.
3. Help Menu renamed from 'LastEnd RPG Maker' to 'Help Library'.
4. Script editor now pulls its name from the assembly.
5. My Documents folder now pulls its pathing from the Assembly information.
