And yeah I notice my IP changes too, which sometimes allows me to vote on polls twice, because instead of using cookies they use IP's to see if you voted twice. If my IP changes then that means they won't know that I'm voting twice. I sometimes use that for my site to get a popular vote, heh.

Well, you wouldn't be saving much but if you wanted to run both Forum Softwares, I would choose IPB, you'd be saving 10 dollars if you bought the standard. However, it's harder to install mods in Vbulletin.
