The final episodes of the first El-Hazzard OVA series, and the final episode of Irresponsible Captain Tylor. Both are awesome series, beginning to end, mind you-- but the final episodes of both are just perfect wrap-ups to the series as a whole.
...and in both cases, well, I really wish that certain studios had realized that.

NECRO POST FORGIVEN for adding content, I am not sure if this was still on the first page...but I never saw this before.
For me, it would be ANY MOMENT IN FLCL (fooly cooly)
WARNING EXPLICIT LANGUAGE
And if movies are allowed:
Every moment ever in every Hayao Miyazaki Film
(especially Princess Mononoke/Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind)

GURREN LAUGANNN that show ^^^ is just beast in general and all FLCL 6 episode was crazy. but I would have to say Jiraya fight with pain was like one of the best fighting I seen. And One Piece movie 9 when Chomper was crying.

Steins Gate particularly all of it,
However its one of those Animes that promote you to think, won't appeal to you if you don't like that kind of stuff

Actually i think it's the battle between Gaara and Diera in Naruto.
Actually it is Gaara and Diedara, and Deidara only appears in the anime Naruto Shippuden and not Naruto; Diera has no meaning or relation to either Naruto Anime shows.
