Its not to difficult to level characters, really. Just use enough Level Enemy Bills so that the enemies in the stage "Corpse Eaters" are at level 99, and killing them counts as if they're at level 300! (Their also in such a nice range of attack for a simple Big Bang Shot. >:D)

Yeah, I did that. I go to the rotten grudge level with Mao in the CornerRes club and 2 other characters. Then I keep feeding Homeroom with level up enemy bills.

Characters in that club (Honor Students) steal 10% EXP of all characters around them. This helps level low characters by training with the stronger ones. Here's some more advice, you can abuse this club with another club (Corner Res. Group) as they gain more exp when in a corner. Actually I did, on Disgaea 3 there was a club that said "gain 10% of XP of nearby students", do you know if you are taking 10% of enemy XP leaving them 90%, or you are just getting 10% that they get in general?

I haven't played Disgaea 3 in a while, but the only really bad ending is killing 99 allies and then clearing two alternative stages by stage 7-6. If you have any questions, I think I might be able to answer it.

Now that I started playing Disgaea 3, I get you. Lucky for me, Vic is Mao's voice actor. Or else I'd hate Mao.
I got the shitty ending of Disgaea. I need to replay that.
